How do I place an order?
This site is our parts catalogue — browse the range, check fitment and see live stock, then contact us to order. Email [email protected] with the part number, or call 1 (623) 533-4434 (Phoenix) or (856) 290-8626 (Delran). Every product page has an enquiry button that fills in the part number for you.
How do I know a part fits my vehicle?
Every product page lists the vehicles it fits under “Fits these vehicles”, taken straight from our fitment database. You can also use the parts finder to pick your year, make and model, or enter your VIN. If you are still unsure, email [email protected] with your VIN and we will confirm before you order.
What is the Asianautos brand?
“Asianautos” is our own OE-alternative line. We source high-quality parts directly from manufacturers and pass the saving on, so you get OE-comparable quality without the OE markup.
Do you cross-reference OEM part numbers?
Yes. Product pages show a “Cross reference / OEM numbers” list, so you can search by the number on the old part or a competitor’s number and find our equivalent.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free to the 48 lower states. Parts that fit USPS flat rate boxes ship free to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico; anything larger is charged at actual cost. See the shipping policy for details.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship from Phoenix, Arizona or Delran, New Jersey via FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL, and you get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is made.
Can I return a part?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, with no restocking fee. Parts must be unused and in their original packaging. We pay return shipping on defective parts. Full details are in the return policy.
Is the stock level on the site accurate?
Yes. Stock and pricing come from our warehouse system and are refreshed every 15 minutes, so what you see is what is on the shelf.
Do you deliver locally?
We offer local delivery to the greater Phoenix metropolitan area, most New Jersey cities, and Philadelphia. Call 1 (623) 533-4434 to arrange it.
Do you sell to repair shops and retailers?
We do — that is most of our business. Contact us about account pricing for shops, retail parts stores and professional mechanics.
